Way more work then what it's worth.

If you really want Android in the Taco, App Radio 3 is the way to go. It's just not the best for SQ but it's not slouch now. Avoid Appradio 1/2, they are bullshit.

I have a friend who's been working on that project for a few years now. It's really amazing, but I don't know if it will ever catch and take off.

Working 65 hours this week because we shit canned someone.

    :pccoffee:

I have to cut over 210 servers from one network to another tonight and another 210 tomorrow night.

Also I had a slow night on Tuesday so I was adding blanking panels to a new room we are building out and had some fun with some packing material

If you can get the diagrams then it's hit and miss. The more features you add the harder it gets. Personally I don't install alarms anymore. Too many things to go wrong.

Yes. Unless you are just doing the basics. Of you want doors and windows on the remote it gets tricky. Then remote start can be tricky.

Well for mine I was just going to do a basic alarm, no remote start, glass break audio sensor and an extra pair of mini sirens to inside the cab. For Sam, she wants all of that plus remote start.

Looks like I'll be paying someone to install it haha oh well.

I tried searching this thread and only found you guys talked about the Samsung galaxy tab s. I'm looking at the tab 4 8.0. Its slower than the tab s but still runs kit Kat. Worth it or should I just spend the extra for the tab s 8.4?

Sweet! Yeah I plan on using it to access the internet at school, a daily planner and Pandora. That's basically it. Which makes me want the tab 4 8.0 because I don't need anything crazy.

That's definitely what I'm leaning towards with some quick research. The tab s 8.4 is faster and has double the screen resolution.

Tab S, like you said, has better res, faster CPU and a better clock speed.

For what you are doing, would you need these? Maybe.

Screen resolution is a big deal to some people.
CPU/Clock speeds, meh.. Unless you are running games or bench testing to show scores and brag, you'll never really use these. Even then with root and some time you can unlock the full power of the processor and make them a lot faster if you don't mind loosing battery life.

So if screen resolution is a big deal, upgrade, otherwise don't worry about it.

Thanks for the input! Aaron and I have mentioned the same thing. That I may not even need something that fast. I'll have to see if the tab 4 has the multi window feature. If so, I can sacrifice resolution for a cheaper tablet.

How do you like the Note 4 Colby? Do you actually use the S pen? How does it feel?

It's a great phone and the S-Pen is amazing. I'm not an artist but Josh is and he was impressed by the S-Pen's abilities. The camera is amazing and the phone is fast, but it feels the same as the note 2/3. So as a new phone it feels kinda 'meh' at times.

The fucking thing is huge and its too big. I got a slim case and its just massive still with or without the case. I'm always having to move it from my front to rear pockets depending on what I'm doing. Having the Moto360 helps a lot.

On Verizon, there still is no root. And from the looks of it, it will be awhile if root is obtained. Big downer for me.
