Did moab last year. And I'm for sure not going to have the other truck ready in time to really trust it. Plus possibility of meat in the freezer dude. So if we finally get to have a pool party we have meat for the bbq

Unit 29. Outside Tucson. Yeah I got skunked on my elk hunt last year cause I only had 36 hours. I want more time this time around.

 

Have you hunted 29 before? That is my favorite unit for whitetails.

We have some spots that we backpack in to. I can send you a picture of a map if you want. It's about a 3 mile hike in. Let me know on that, otherwise just plan on a lot sitting and glassing.

 

I know we will be doing some hiking and such but we will just have our base camp out of the trucks and go from there. Thanks tho

I'm off work from the 13th to the 23... Wouldnt mind going a little early and checking out some other stuff too in town etc. Arches national park and that kind of stuff. I sold my RTT so I have a ground tent or was looking at snagging a cheap room somewhere so I can get a real shower since I was planning on being up there for 4 or 5 days... Havent figured that part out completely.

 

I have a spare ADD diff you could use to install your stuff into so you dont have to tear yours down to 2wd.....just give me your diff from your truck when your done.

Sounds about right to me. My truck needs to be ready by then obviously haha

 

I assume it will be another quick trip up Friday night and hopefully later Sunday coming back for me.
