Yeah I want to get at least 2 or 3 days in at Sunrise before we head to Wolf Creek. And by the time we go to Wolf Creek I'm thinking they should have at least a 70+" base, right now they have a 40" base with many more storms coming

 

Well 2 more months of storms. Should be a good amount of time. I just want some good powder while we are there.

Last time I went with Patrick, showed him a little thing or two.. he has much improved.

I might have to head up and check it out sunday. Just do some wheeling and maybe adult sledding.

 

Storm coming thru tonight thru Friday with a 2nd storm behind that. Wolf Creeks base is at 34" now and predicting another 20" by Sunday. Today is locals day and I am at work... but being a local to Wolf Creek I know where I like ride and need about 60" base to cover the small boulders and trees. When you guys planning on coming to the area?

You tqlking about jack knife ridge and that side of Alberta peak? And we are coming out jan 26-30.

I can get you one of those monkey backpacks with a leash on it

 

Knife Ridge, yes and gates 7-9, dog chutes, horseshoe bowl, basically everything off of the Alberta lift. By then they should have the cat running to horseshoe. Let me know if you have any questions on the area. You staying in Pagosa or South Fork?

 

Yeah that area is my favorite. Staying in pagosa. Thats where kipps is located and I need tacos and hot sauce in my belly.

Thats pretty funny, Kips is my 3rd home. My wife has worked there for about 7 years now.

All this snowboarding talk has me yurnin for snow, think Im going to go home and lick my snowboard. See if it sparks some memories of last year.
