i agree. Sunrise is definitely better for backcountry boarding.. my board is definitely not setup for that tho.. once you see it, you'll understand. i just cruise runs.. hit little natural jibs here and there.. then spend ALOT of time in the park..

also a buncha my friends r doing telluride for 3ish days early January. There's space for a few more ppl if u sign up by Dec 15th 420 includes the bus ride there and back, rooms. And lift tickets.so far we have 2 full busses...its gonna be bad effin a

 

I'm down to go whenever, obviously weekends are preferred but that also means a packed mountain. I only got 2 days in all last season and 2012 got cut short when i destroyed my shoulder in Durango.

Not sure if you all saw that sunrise jacked their prices to 63. I highly recommend buying the sunrise card before it doubles in price the beginning of next month...
It's 50 dollars until december 5th and then goes up to 103. Your first day of boarding is free so the card pays for itself. Everyday day after is 53 instead of the normal 63. It also gives you discounts on other things on the mountain

 

Must be new this year. Never heard of it. Well I need to get me one of them.

Question is what have you done for them today bro? I could go on a diatribe on how fucked that mountains care takers are. It could be so much better, but it's enough to get them by, and that's all they care about.

 

I kinda wanna start snowboarding. Cousin who moved to California left me his board that he rarely used... I lived in Colorado for 9 years so hitting the slopes again would be nice
