I only have to go one more time and it has already paid for itself plus some. I will be going a lot this year. Even contemplating going by myself if nobody can go with me, It was kind of nice riding the lift by myself and not having to worry about anyone else. Stap up on the chair, ride down at your own pacr and back into line. also mix a few beers in there somewhere

I also have a few tickets to snowbowl I need to use

I love snow boarding so much it just never happens here. I go to big bear a lot! Park is my favorite I've skated for a long time then started snowboarding 2 years ago and just picked it up so fast. If you guys ever go up to snow bowl let me know I'll try to go up so we can ride

Vvvvvv carpool ride! Money saving right there
It is nice riding by yourself every once in a while. Those days are so relaxing. Just letting the music play. Not talking. Drinking .
Shut your fucking face you negative Nancy. No one wants to hear you speak or likes your opinions!

    :p I still love you.

I have a free cabin in big bear this winter. Thinking about surprising the wife one weekend and just going.

They have unofficial plans to expand but it isn't a huge expansion I don't think. They only have so much they can do with the space they have. If they just got the quad high speed lift that would make it so much better. Takes soo long to get to the top.

If they expand that would be great! But they would hike there prices up fast too! I went once to check it out and hated it. Lines to long. Runs to short. Parking lot is tiny. Traffic getting in and out sucked. Cant drink in lift lines. Prices to high.

Both mountains have their pros and cons.

And the lifts are still slow as shit. Since I don't smoke and can drink a beer in less than 20 minutes it sucks. especially when you have to wait in like for 10 plus minutes on a busy day first. Still like the mountain though

I ended up hitting up sunrise today and it was awesome! Within 4 hours there was about 6 inches and It was still pouring powder when I left. Also they will be opening the lift to the top tomorrow:drunk:
