Born and raised in Delaware, have a BA in Fine Art (planned on a masters in Design) moved to PHX in '99 with a bank merger.
Now I work at a different bank as Strategic Platform Manager - my team supports the collections application.

Graduated HS in Phoenix, been a Fiber Optic Technician for city, state, and federal for 6 years now. Although I do mostly all low voltage telecom and run a side business for residential(data,voice, security cameras, A/V systems, fiber optic, wireless install). Raised in Arizona over 20 years. Recently landed a job as a helicopter and airplane flight instructor at Falcon Field in Mesa.

 

Hmm, what does it take to get a pilot license? It's always been something I wanted to do.

 

Time and dedication. The flight time needed for a private pilot certificate varies from the 40 hour min (most people dont get it at this time) to 75 hours. You also need to apply for a student pilot certifiacate(your flight instructor can help with this.) And get a medical certifice from an aviation medical examiner.
( preferably a second class). I would reccommend doing an intro flight first to see if you like it. If you have other questions feel free to pm me anytime.

*edit. You will need to do ground hours along with your flight time.
