Montana mountain would be a good trail. That's very 2wd friendly and can accommodate a lot of us. Plenty of camping spots out there too and a couple places that could hold the whole lot of us for the cookout. I'm close enough to do a pre run to verify all trail conditions before the meet.

Also true. And you also have overheard the conversations of people at those 4Runner meets . So we'll see. 2WD friendly scenic trail will probably lure a lot in

Are you referencing the one I went to with you in the parking lot?

Nope, that was the lamest expedition portal meet I’ve ever been to. I genuinely feel bad that you wasted your time there hahaha. The one I went to prior was way cooler

Yep . Each forum has its own stereotypes. Expedition Portal tends to have the weirdos that keep to themselves, but attempt to socialize once a year ideally during a full moon. 4Runners organize by Facebook and like to talk about how long a bottle of armor all lasts them, ideally near a Target where their wife is inside (who also doesn't know her 4Runner is in a meet). And then there's us, who attempt to have 1 meet a year somewhere other than a parking lot and it causes mass chaos.

I’ve valeted so many blondes with brand new TRD pro 4runners and they honestly have zero idea about every time. Sad

    Nothing noteworthy
Senator Hwy is more like the front way or the side way to CK and is 2wd friendly. The back way to CK starts by Lake Pleasant or nearby there and is a much more difficult route from what I understand. Haven't done back way to CK.

Back to our regular scheduled programming after the major BF/BS...

Hope you all had a Merry Christmas! Once we get through New year's I'll be full speed ahead planning a route we can all benefit from.

More likely to keep this meet NE of Phx like a mixture of Bulldog, Butcher, 4 Peaks, AZ Hwy 88, Tortilla Flats and that area. Ill be honest, I want nothing to do with sheep's bridge since we gave the FS a heads up already and even though it was cancelled, they may be present looking to cause us grief if there's too many trucks.

This would also make it easy to nail down a good breakfast place to raid beforehand.
