Does anyone have input on using a wirefed welder, 120vac, as to wire size, settings etc for the best possible weld of this plate thanks!
I will toss it to you @JLee as a last resort. TIA

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Settings are very subjective I would start with recommended settings buy your welder manufacturer. And .030 or .035 wire would be good to go.

So you only do 1 inch stitch welds you don't completely weld and seal the whOle plate?

No you weld the whole plate staggering 1 inch stitch welds so you don't over heat the rubber body mount.

when I welded mine up I used a damp rag wrapped around the bushing and it worked great

So when you trace the plate on you obviously can't get a trace on the bottom or underneath. Do you just cut right along the bottom lip?

You cut back as far as you can you can cut off about .250" past the bend. If you look in the OP there is a picture of how far under you can cut.

Finally got mine done today. Ever since I got the Icon UCAs (Dec 2015) I started to rub when reversing and turning hard. No more rubbing now. :D

Will a 90a/120v flux core welder from harbor freight get the job done?

Get it done and get it done correctly are two different things.

I'd want a 220V welder to do this.

Ordered a set Thursday and they showed up today(two days after order). I may or may not actually need to install these, but the quality is good and the shipping was super fast!
