    Off topic, but I'm interested in the behind the grille mount for LED bars. I haven't measured yet, but I was planning to use a VisionX 30" double stack LED bar. Will your mount accommodate a 30" LED bar?

    You can't fit the 30" LED bar 20" is the largest that will fit.

    How much space do you actually gain after it is all said and done? 1 - 2 Inches?

    Took me about 3 hrs to do, slow going, but it was the first time, and my friend was doing the welding (stick), the first side took 3/4 of the time, and the second side took a lot less time. Now my winter project is done and I can sit around till Spring... :D
