B.A.M.F is moving!

Thanks guys I'll let everyone know what we plan on moving for those of you that want to lend a hand. No need for trucks I'll have a 26' Bobtail we may however need a flat bed trailer to move the oven if anyone has one.

Looking at another warehouse in the morning. That building owner wanted a lot and willing to give nothing so im moving on. This next one is bigger at 7200 square feet with a hell of a lot of power in a pretty sweet spot on a hill.

 

screw them then. they can keep losing out on money every month with it sitting vacant

 

Its been vacant for two and a half years but they are a giant company owning about 60% of the bays warehouses so they can care less about the little one.

Dang that's sucks! That's to bad that they'd rather just let it sit vacant. I just don't understand that mentality. Especially after 2 years, you'd think by then they'd be at least willing to talk numbers a little bit. Well, it must not be for the best then, I'm sure the perfect place is there for ya, brother.

 

Yeah most of these big companies own the buildings out right so they are not losing money having it sit just not making any on it. there is a pretty big 14000 square foot one across from my current shop thats been empty for almost 4 years and the building owner wont budge on his price.

This place is HUGE! 7200 square feet of awesomeness. I took a few shots and a video walk through that I'm uploading to youtube now.

It has way more office then we need right now about 1800 square feet and the owner want's to keep it in. So it will most likely be storage/shipping rooms for now. 3 bathrooms and a small machine room for the Mill/Lathe.

Damn that place is massive, that would be a sweet spot for sure. Hopefully this will be the one and we can start the move.

This one looks promising as it's owned by a local guy that has small business values and not a big corporation. He seems pretty cool.

 

Nice, just the office looks as big as your current shop. Those big companies suck when dealing with. We have a prime retail location in downtown Santa Cruz that has been sitting for the last 3 years because the owner (who I know) won't budge on the price and is asking way too much. All that money lost, but he doesn't care because he is rich anyways.
