Did you ever get your torchmate table programmed to automate the cuts?

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
It automates the cuts already. What I was referring too is the AVHC running in auto mode meaning the torch will adjust height according to the Arc voltage. In Manual mode the touch is locked at whatever i set it at. The problem I was having was the torch would run into the material wile cutting because of slight differences in height of the slats. I have made a temp fix by grinding the slats so they are more level and I set the touch height to .025" and i haven't hit the material sense. TorchMate is working on fixing the AVHC issue with auto mode but for now I'm cutting just fine in manual mode.

This is what the touch does in auto mode.

Tell me about it man they say 1/4" plate is max for the AVHC but I do a lot of 1/4" and it would be nice to not worry about the torch. But in the mean time it's cutting fine in manual mode and with the AVHC I have saved on consumables because you can set the pierce & cut heights differently. I was wasting nozzles on one skid without it now i can run 500 to 600 pierces on 1/4" before I need to change them out. 1/2" is a different story I got about 100 pierces on a set of consumables but that's about average for most of the guys on Pirate as well.

BTW, mine was the one that didn't have the "D" and "P" stamped. No worries, I'll figure it out.
