    Well update I just ordered a 4'x8' sheet of 1/4" plate so I can start the build I may just have the prototype ready this weekend at least mocked up and tacked. I'll post some pictures this weekend of the progress if any.

    Update

    I started the build today made a lot of progress and I should have the shell all done tomorrow. And I can start on the mounting ponts I'll post some pictures of the skid tomorrow evening stay tuned.

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    I built the prototype shell today and let me say it came out awesome. Here are a few shots of the skid without the mounting hardware the mounts are going to be U-bolts on the axle and 3/4"DOM tubing with welded a nut to thread a top plate at the pinion on I should have the top plate done tomorrow.

    Another big Update :eek:

    After cutting the skid out by hand and seeing how good the cuts were I've decided to offer you guys a hand cut skid instead of CNC cut for $225.00+ shipping. I will only offer this if everyone wants it I'm not going to do some CNC cut and some cut by hand. So that will be a option to save a little more money.
