I have Dakar heavies, B110s and super bumps with the 3/8” spacer and it’s enough to keep the shock from bottoming out but just barely.

This is my exact setup with the b110’s at 2.25” of rear lift...ride is great

The leaf pack measures 2" thick. Yeah, 1/2" block on the bottom.

I would guess you will need a little more to keep the shock from bottoming out at full compression. My setup that was s is a single AAL with a 1” block and I have about between .25” and .5” of a safety net before the shock bottoms out.

(Picture was taken before I put the 110s on)

I'll get out and cycle the suspension tomorrow and take measurements. Then, I'll probably just have a local machine shop cut me out some hockey pucks to put on the bumpstop contact points.

    Appreciate the wisdom, fellas!

Oh I meant literal rubber hockey pucks. The rubber is ridiculously hard.

I just measured my super bumps. They are 2.75" tall, for just the bump.

These are Dakar heavies with the extra AAL, and super bumps with Wheelers ubolt flip.

I just took my B110s off to replace with King 12"

That's barely larger than stock. Not that I doubt you measuring abilities or the calibration of said measuring device but I thought there was a greater difference.

I think how it compresses compared to stock is greater

    without the mounts: 2-3/4"
    With: 4-1/2"

Judging by the picture. It would probably be best to add a 1/4" spacer to the bumps to ensure you don't bottom that shock out on hard weighted hits.

Using a hockey puck is genius, actually. Lol

Good deal and thanks for all the help from your staff. I know you all sell elongated bolts for the bumpstops but do you happen to keep hockey pucks in stock? Haha!

Under my truck retorqueing and looked at the underside of where the bumpstop would contact. Looks like it's barely touched. If you look closely, you can see small ring marks left by the bumpstop. I'll take this as a good indication of where I am but will add a bumpstop spacer to be on the safe side.

Unfortunately, we don't. Here are the spec's on the 1.5" bolt though if you want to look for a longer bolt: 3/8-16 X 1 1/2 SHCS

So I went to TSC with an idea.

    3/8"-16X 2.5" SHCS Bolts (1.49/ea)
4" solid rubber caster wheels (9.99/ea)

Had to drill out the hole for the bolt to fit but at just under $25 these should work. They are just over an inch thick.
