B14C0 and B14C1 codes?

So I picked up an OBD scanner to play around with. I ran a check and my truck threw these two codes. I googled it and it has to do with the front seat heaters from what I gather. Problem is I have a SR so I don’t have seat heaters. Further searching found there’s a TSB fix for this exact situation. Has anyone done this fix? Is it just a ecu re-flash? Any issues if I just ignore it? I’m pretty pissed also because I literally went to the dealership this week (before finding this) because my truck does the stuttering thing also and asked to check if I had the most recent flash. I’m not the smartest but I would assume they would have seen these codes when and if they actually checked. I sat there for an hour and they came back and said I was good so I’m assuming they did jack crap.

 

Yes its a TSB to reflash the AC ECU. The dealer is idiotic.

Anyone else have any input? If this really isn't necessary then I'd rather not return to the dealership if these error codes do no harm.
