I am contemplating this exact setup with Icon UCA's, coming from an Icon Stage 3 on my 4runner but had a not-so-pleasant experience so looking towards Bilstein or Fox....

Watching this thread, thought I may help,…the stock 3rd Gen coils are 13”, 700#. The Eibach are really the best coil, but anything under 650-700# will degrade faster and have sag over time

This applies only to a 3rd Gen

Drive home with the Bilstein 6212 5160 combo. The first thing i noticed was when i went off a drive way and down inton a dip there was no rebound and it felt very solid but not firm. Driving home at 60 mph it felt grounded with a more stable ride and the cornering was very much improved. Down a very bad street with pot holes it was planted and smoth. Would i do it again , yes i would. A trip to Sand Lake is in the near future. Love the lift. Well send pictures tomorrow.

    Work in progress...
I am always a little different so I run 4/5 notches with 1/4" spacers on both sides. About the same amount of lift but I am able to adjust the height by 1/2" with out breaking down the coils. I don't know if the ride is any better or worse compared to 5/6 notch settings but so far so good for my set up.

Nice stance Bart45 the instruction said no higher than four on the right and five on the left . Its now 1/4 inch higher on the left. I well let it settle down and check it again.

Because I’m fond of this thread, I’ll come back to add that I took the Tacoma out today for some interstate, backroads, and light off-roading for a few hours and the 6112/5160s exceed expectations. 5 stars. Highly recommend.
