    Hey all!

I just bought my first Tacoma and wanted to christen it with a little dirt in Hollister this weekend. Unfortunately, my riding buddy backed out and I'm not super excited to go all alone.

Anyone interested in hanging out and guiding a total noob with a totally stock truck for a few hours Sunday morning/afternoon?

You head out this week? Very nice, take some pics I want to see some of it. Next year, I hope to make it out there for a more scenic tour of the area.

Oh shoot! That was a typo. I did intend to say this upcoming weekend, the 17th. Sorry about that! I think we might be out of town next weekend, but if it doesn't work out, I'll definitely be up for going again with a bit more notice for everyone.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm thrilled about my new truck and can't help but obsess over all the money I have to spend on it now that it's sitting in the driveway. I'll get some pictures up later tonight. :D

I can't edit the name of the thread, so as a consolation for those I've confused, here's a picture of the old and the new. Ended the lease on my '14 Fiesta ST to buy this fancy new Taco.

I think I'll head down to Hollister on Sunday (the 17th!) morning. If you're in the area and want to meet up, send me a PM! If I end up alone, I'll just hang out on the greenest trails and enjoy the scenery. :p

    Sorry again about the confusion!

    Thanks Mademan, fixed!

CalTacoma, looks like the truck grew wings, too. It looks great! I'm already looking forward to getting a bed rack and a Tepui mounted in the next month or so. Which tent do you have?

I was leaning towards the morning, maybe heading down from the peninsula around 9-10-ish?

    What works for you?
