Went in for service this a.m Saturday 6/12.
Told my service about a harsh ride when a load was in bed of truck.
They checked it, said it was covered, and it be ready in a couple hours.
I was like WHAT you dont have to order the parts?
they had them in stock, i was shocked.
This is same dealer that told me they didnt know anything about a tsb.
    Different service writer tho.
So my faith is restored again.
I did ask what this would have cost out of pocket if i had to pay for it, he said about 1600.00-1800.00.
Glad i got in when i did, have 35,000 on the truck.

only have about 8 miles on new springs BUT no difference as of yet,
I may take a ride later todaydown some rough roads.
Look wise, to me it looks a little bit higher BUT not much, may just be me tho.
and yes very close call on mileage.
service writer told me he had a guy in last and they couldnt do anything as his ride has over 36,000 miles.
I sometimes thing if you are a preferred customer to the dealer they wont give you a hassle, JUST my thought tho
