Well after a crazy process with 2 dealerships, I finally got my truck back from Toyota of Knoxville, TN and it got the new frame, new brake lines, lots of odds and ends as far as bolts and and brackets and all and then the new frame had brand new leaf springs installed from the factory. They wouldn't do anything about my rusted hitch since it was not a toyota hitch, the bumper was completely rusted out, and my bed had a hole from the frame rust and they wouldn't do anything about them but o well. BUT!!! Toyota of Knoxville was incredible to deal with. They had the parts in within 1.5 weeks and then they had my truck in on a monday and back by wednesday of the same week! time for a new bumper, a new front suspension and then I will be set. Anything to keep my eyes on for the next few weeks after getting it back?

    Wow, very impressive turn around!

I would just look for obvious loose hardware, maybe check critical bolts after driving for a while to let things settle. Enjoy the truck man, lots of new life now!

Will do. I hear a clunk in the front end whenever I hit a decent sized bump at 25+mph. Ideas on what that might be?

Control arm bushings maybe? See if you can shake anything with the wheel off the ground, if you can look at tie rod ends and ball joints for excessive wear.
