Well, back in December I contacted my local glass guy everyone around here recommends. He said he was 3 months out and I said, "ok, put me on your list". So, to get me through the winter, I ended up following the Brad's method of cleaning out as much glass as I could from the sticky window frame and then installing a $12 cut-to-size tinted 1/4" Lexan panel with black RTV for the time being. Three months has come and gone and no word from the glass guy but no leaks in my custom panel so am gonna let it fly until I find a better solution.

Keep me posted if you go the Brad's route.

@DesertRatliff Perfect, I will post here the results with pictures. I ordered it today and hopefully I will be installing next week.

This is the final result. I changed the left panel following Brad's route and I would rate it 8/10. If you want to save some money go that way, go this way and only change one panel instead of the whole assembly. Is not perfect beacuse the seal is a little damage, however it´s very decent.
