Nice Taco, is it lifted any? If not do the 265/75/16 tires rub any?

I just re-read your original post and noticed something I missed before; you also opted for the TRD exhaust system.
When I was at the dealer I asked if I could hear an example of the TRD exhaust. My sales guy let me rev up a Tacoma SR with the standard exhaust, and then, right next to it, a Pro with the TRD exhaust. To be honest I really could not hear much if any difference between the two. I was wondering if you (or others) have done a comparison like I did and if so, did you think the TRD exhaust was noticeably louder than the standard exhaust? Maybe the difference only becomes apparent when the engine is under load, working hard, like while accelerating or climbing a steep grade. I thought seriously about adding the TRD exhaust to mine, but I did not want anything that was *too* loud! In the end I decided to stick with the standard exhaust. I would be interested to know if you think there is any noticeable performance gain from that TRD exhaust?

I just like the look and to me it sounds a little throatier if that makes sense. It is louder on the highway as well and that could be annoying to some people but I like it. But no performance gains that I can feel with the TRD exhaust

The trd exhaust is way too expensive and over rated. It looks nice. A bit more sound, no definite performance advantage.
I expected more, and can duplicate or imitate the sound for less than half, weld a muffler in place add a tip if it’s important
