    After 15 years since I totaled my first tacoma, I bought a trd off road today. This forum was valuable to making my decision. I wanted a toyota truck since I was a kid in the 80s and 90s watching men take them in and out of the swamps with no problem. I was able to buy a tacoma in 2001. I totaled it in 2006. I ended up driving 4runners since then. I really wanted to get back to a truck. I studied for months on the third gen. The demand for this vehicle is crazy as you all know. I closed the deal before 10 this morning with a deposit. I took a trip to my bank, and while I was gone 9 people tried to buy my truck. The sales man said if I would not have left a deposit, they would have sold the truck while I was gone. Glad to be back.

    That's exactly what I thought when I got back. If someone asked me if I wanted to sell it, I was going say, "sure....$60000" I would not put it past people to say what about 58,000. The frenzy around this truck is stupid in my state. At least we have them on lots for a short time
