When I lived in South America there were these tarantulas that would play dead until you were a foot away and then they'd jump out at you. I hated those damn things. I hate spiders. The American kind are bad enough.

Wow, what a bunch of Pussy's. Grab a kleenex and take them outside.

Even my wife will scoop them into a clear bug box so my 4yr old daughter can look at them.

Never heard of such a bunch of Sissy's.

meh spiders, snakes, scorpians, whatever doesnt really bother me.

haha but to add a story, when I hiked the grand canyon the most recent time, I packed up my tent hiked out with it on my back. It was my dads coworkers tent so we gave it back to him. He laid it out to get aired out and was stung by a scorpion.

Now think, a man in virginia was stung by a scorpion from arizona. The hospitals had NO IDEA what to do, and once they figured it out, no where anywhere close had any medicine of anything so he had to wait it out.

Nothing bothers me except the spiders. I have been stung by scorpions, bitten by snakes (no rattlers), etc...I just have a BAD case of arachniphobia.

Ya i have been stung by a scorpion and bitten many many times by snakes (non venomous). I have also been bitten by tons of spiders, usually in my sleep. My thought process is this: the spiders eat all the other bugs I hate, so even if see one in my house I will let him be, or relocate elsewhere is he creeps me out

the scorpion was by far the worst of them too. My arm blew up to my shoulder from a sting on my finger
