If its under warranty you can take it in. But its just a burnt out light bulb. Will cost you a few bucks at the local store for a new bulb you can put in your self, or 3 hours and gas money to have the dealership take care of it.

Call the parts department at the dealership and see if the warranty will cover one. No need to wait hours for them to install it, this is an easy job.

But the dealership will find thousands more in simple maintenance work that super needs to be done! Yes this is sarcasm.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Do your brake lights work on both sides? How about the right signal?
If they do, then wait until your next service is due and have the dealership fix it - maybe even under warranty.
Otherwise, check the bulb(s) and fix it yourself.
    This ain't rocket science.

Those bulbs have two filaments if i remember right - one lights up for running lights and both for signal. On rare occasion I have seen one filament burn out while the other remained functional for a short while.

    99.5%, its the bulb.

Least bulbs are cheap. I like LED tails but when they quit you are replacing the whole light. That is one pro for the SR5 DRL set up. Those bulbs are cheap. The LED strip failed you are buying new a new headlight.

Hm I was wondering about that. So if the DRL fails in my truck I gotta buy the whole new assembly?

Yep, though it take awhile to fail. My wifes lexus has a failed LED tail light and its from 2006. Im not shelling out $300 for a new tail light though.

Thats why I like converting normal bulb tail lights to led. easy to fix, and much cheaper too.

I had a burned out tail light bulb in my 2021 TRD with 600 miles on it. Go to auto store and buy a $3.00 bulb and be done with it. Two bolts on each side and pull the light straight back and it will pop out. Quarter turn the bulb socket and pull it out. Mine wasn't LED.
