    Hello everyone!

Getting stationed back in WA (kitsap) and just thought I'd drop a line to say hi. I should be there mid next week and probably 2ish days after that I will have my truck. They have to crane it off the ship (Navy). How's the truck scene up in WA? Been in CA the last 2 years and it spread like wild fire out here. As happy as I am to leave CA I'm also leaving behind the awesome truck community and friends I've made out here (typical military life). So just trying to get an idea of how it is out there as far as meets/shops/local vendors and fabricators. I've been stationed in Kitsap 2 other times 2009-11 and 2013-16. Neither times did I have a truck so this will be a totally different and better experience.

I am into all things outdoors. If it has to do with being outside I'm game! I'm big into wheeling/camping/motorcycles(track days at The Ridge)/fishing/photography/hiking/ snowboarding and everything that comes with it. Would like to link up with other photographers/videographers as well. Most of the time i'm taking pics of other peoples rigs so I don't really get time to get a lot of my own lol. If you are in the kitsap area, hell...anywhere within 2-3 hours post a pic of your rig and type of wheeling camping you want to do or want to get into and maybe we can link up. I'm all for teaching new comers/learning new things from seasoned off roaders. Environment (terrain wise) is going to be a slight change for me. I went from red sticky clay in Guam to rocks and boulders in CA.

Anyway, I hope to see some of you guys out on the trails/at the malls pretty excited to be back. Feel free to follow me on IG: 4lo_taco

Welcome to the PNW!... well, soon...

Unfortunately, C4 hybrid bumpers (or similar) are super uncool up here. We really like stock plastic bumpers... I'll save you the embarrament and you can drop off that goofy looking thing in my garage.

Regardless, your interests parallel perfectly with what WA has to offer. Amazing hiking, fishing, hunting, motorcycling, etc. Also, there's some very cool TW peeps out here. Be sure to come to the monthly meet-ups. I look forward to seeing you there.

Thank you for your service. :oldglory:

hahaha good to know about the bumper! (Bruteforcefab) I'll make sure to remove it asap and go back to stock!

Yea, I'm very excited to return. The rain can be a nuisance sometimes, especially since I try and keep my vehicle clean in between trips and I have the worst color possible for that :annoyed:. Other than that though, looking forward to seeing as many trails as I can. Very interested in trying a little snow wheeling as well. Just need to get a winch prior to that since I usually end up going out on trips alone. Where do these monthly meetups happen? Glad to hear there are some good people out there!

Meet ups are in different locations every month. Sometimes at restaurants, sometimes at breweries, and sometimes offroad in the mountains.

    This month's...

If Bert’s garage is too full I can make some room in mine for the bumper too.

Welcome! Awesome stuff to do up here so you’ll have a good time. Also, pretty good group of Tacoma folks here too.

Also, thank you for your service!

Anyone on here know of someone that can change out spindles (got a set with gussets)? Also need a cab mount relocation kit installed. Any info would be appreciated!
