    Hello,

I have a 2013 regular cab that did not come with a back up camera. I just installed a Pop and Lock tailgate release and noticed that wiring is there plugged into a dummy connector. I just zip tied this wiring to a vertical piece of metal on the inside of the tailgate, but I was wondering if that wiring can be used for a back up camera in the future. Does anyone have experience putting a backup camera into a tacoma that didn't come with one and using existing wiring? If so, what is involved? Is it just plug and play?

    Thanks
