Toyota tacoma prerunner

I have 2014 tacoma prerunner looks to wired for backup camera both plugs have 4 wires pulled the radio it also has the 4 wires purchased an camera plugged it up an nothing happens can anyone tell me what I need or what I may be missing to make it work thanks in advance for any information to help
