    I don't know the part number but I just replaced mine last week. I bought mine from RockAuto. It's pretty straight forward. The toughest part is squeezing the release clip and getting the plug off.
    It took care of my problem.

    2015 Tacoma TRD Offroad
    Fox 2.5 factory front with camburg UCA, fox 2.0 in the back with dakar's. Smittybuilt winch,
    Mine died as well - the OEM toyota part number is 84210-52050 (Switch Asst, Back-Up) - at least for the gen 2.5 6 speed. Pretty sure it's common amongst most years but not certain.

    Running into this issue for my 2010 4cyl, so it seems like the part will fit (thank you for part number lewisSlc) Should be coming in the next few days, will report back!
