2014 Black Tacoma TRD 4x4

My tailgate with camera build-in got stolen. Then I bought another one for replacement. It come with camera but after I connect it to the system. The camera was working fine. But it doesn't show the guidelines. Anyone know how to fix it? Thanks guys.

Just guessing, there may be a wire on the camera that either needs to be grounded or cut to get the lines to work.
