I just bought a camera off of one of those audio car sites like onlinecarstereo.com and fed it down my frame, up through my motor, into the cab. Made a little bracket and screwed it down right under my license plate where you can step. The bracket holds it still as can be and the camera works great even for seeing my hitch. Cost me around $30 for everything.
