I've done some troubleshooting but can't seem to find the problem with my Backup Lights not coming on. I found one fuse and one relay in the under the hood fuse box that seem to be labeled for the BU lights. There also seems to be one with a BU label in the under dash fuse box. Neither fuse was blown and I swapped the relay with another identical one from a different circuit and it did not fix the problem. So I was thinking that maybe it was the switch attached to the transmission?

Does anyone know where that switch is located? I found one switch on the drivers side of the automatic trans which is held in place by a 10mm bolt, but when I took the switch out it did not appear to have a movable button at the tip. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong switch?

Any tips or advice would be much appreciated!

Did you check for power to the socket? Simple stuff first.

Know good bulbs don't work so I'm pretty confident that power is not getting to the bulbs.
