OK folks.. I saw the thread on backup light bulb thread. I am going a different way.. I am plan to get a set of lights that will be attach on the bottom of the rear bumper.. There are bolts that attaching the bumper and frame. will use these to hook up frame.. and wired to the backup light wires. SO.. I would like to know what brand works the best Hella, PIAA, KC?

Take a look at mine in my picture album, set of Rigid LEDs and I love them.

Have them set up to come on whenever the truck is in reverse, there is also a switch in the cab so I can cut them on anytime and leave them on, great for people who tailgate.

Going to cut out the bumper and move them and my trailer light harness up and recess them.

thanks for the infor.. the rigid is quite pricey for the back up lights. I found something a bit different than Hella.. I will keep that model you mention in mind.. I got the PIAA model 1500 backup lights which will do my needs.. enough light to see when backing.. I got a good deal from my local supply store.. the tag price is 220 bucks but he gave me for 170 bucks flat. . I am waiting for warmer weather to put it on and will post pics along with the acess cab storeage mod...
