Bad-ass 1st Gen

So while looking for a tacoma to buy i went looking around and got up and close to a whole lot of tacomas and yeah they all were nice but, one day while going to a dealer about a 2nd gen OR i saw the guys cleaning and taking pictures of this baby!







1st gen, on 35's with only 40,000 miles
its also a 4 banger.

looks like someone with zero knowledge of suspension built that thing

 

lol the suspension on this thing wasnt' as bad as it looks it worked nice, there wasn't much left of the original suspension, the handling on this truck sucked dick, but it does look nice

 

I cant imagine this thing "working nice"

It looks like its got less ground clearance than a stock truck.

And look at those coil buckets and limit straps, wonder how much rear travel it has

 

well they had for 15,000 and yes someone brought it

there is a build one on ttora right now for 13.5 that is way nicer then this. And one for 20k that shits all over this. Poor guy who bought it for anything more then 5k

 

hint: stock 4 banger engine no add ons, weights a shit ton can't handle for shit, on 35's
and cost 15,000

 

you've been building your truck wrong, look at this thing!!!

 

I hate these kind of trucks. they are so out of proportion and just look dumb

 

definitely a rolling pile of crap. it doesnt even look that great. our trucks are too small for that big of a lift.
