    OEM batteries are hit and miss no matter what the manufacture. The OEM 24f in my taco has 500 ccc, its only a little over 1 year old but if it failed tomorrow I'd go to advance auto and get their gold series 24f battery with 650ccc. The manufacturer is just hoping to get you thru the warranty period and then its youre baby.

    Mine gave it up this week. 15 months and just clicked 20k miles. Toyota replaced it with no questions asked. Said it was pretty common on newer vehicles.
