Bad body panel alignment

    I wouldn't recommend that. They aren't going to treat you better if they complain about this. They'll treat you worse for complaining about it. You'll be that problem customer. The annoying person complaining about things they can't do anything about.

    This is pretty minor. If the gaps were bad in other areas, and it was before you drove it off the lot, then maybe you'd have something here. But given the specific situation, you're gonna just have to deal with it.
