I have an 01 SR5 4x4. My brakes pull hard to the left when applied. The jerk free. I changed bad brake hoses. Now what's next? Calipers then I'm lost after that.

Your right caliper pistons might not be working/rusted

That's first thing I thought. If it's not hoses or Calipers what would next thing be Master Cylinder?

Take this advice with caution, as you will risk getting air in the brake lines. But here’s what I would do.
Disconnect the brake line hose from the caliper. push the brake pedal all the way down and see if anything comes out. Don’t let back up on the pedal until you reconnect the hose.
If nothing comes out then you’ve got a clog upstream. If it does, it’s the caliper.
I had a clog in my drivers side caliper a couple weeks ago and that’s how I diagnosed it. I ran some brake cleaner through the caliper, let it dry and reinstalled then bled it.

I just replaced both calipers. Has pull to left but this may be due to an alignment issue because I also had new rack installed. Apparently the steering wheel wasn't e to explain it. So now the issue is that pulls to lesft when braking then steering wheel centers then jumps to right. Weird I don't know how el

Sorry, didn’t see that you had replaced the calipers.
What you’re describing definitely sounds alignment related, especially if you didn’t get one after changing the rack. Sounds like there’s a significant amount of toe out on the drivers side. Or toe in on the passenger.
