Bad brakes

    My 93 Yota been sitting parked 1 year, just changed the back brake line.bled brakes, no air.nice hard peddle.
    Then I started her up, peddle goes to Floor...:(
    Not sure if proportion valve is bad..or master cylinder??

    Any assistance appreciated.
