Since you are wrong you should go apologize to your local dealer

Josh0351 said it. Do it yourself, don't trust someone to maintain your truck who is only thinking of when his next break is or how many hours until he can get to the bar.

If I didn't trust them I would never have bought the vehicle from the dealer that I bought it from. I guess I'm lucky I have about 9 dealers with in 1 hour and 15 min.

Never pay cash, Always take a loan and pay it off with the first payment. They get a percentage of the money back from giving you a great deal.
Also I take any vehicle that I buy back to the dealer for everything. I use to do my own oil changes until I had a oil pump go bad and the dealer would not honor the warranty because I had no proof of the oil being changed. Just because you write it down in a book when it was done means nothing to them. You can take it to a garage that you trust and have the bills for proof, but I don't trust too many garages in our area.

    OP was this Ventura toyota?

Reason i ask is i have just gone through one hell of a process getting the driveline TSB done at ventura toyota where i literally had to spoon feed Yawn the service supervisor every deatail, my own tools, and my own time UNDER my truck at ventura toyota instructing Yawn on how to properly do the tsb which was laid out very explicitly in the 20 page tsb document. Then handed him page 3 of the tsb with all the proper parts highlighted and circled and he still ordered the wrong leafsprings.

A log and all the receipts for the oil and filter purchase should suffice no?

Yes. I do my own maintenance when I can and keep the log and all the receipts. Toyota actually has a website where you can do this.

Happen to have a link handy? Pretty good resource since I hate having to keep a manual log.

You can create an account and add your vehicle... from there you can see all maintenance performed by Toyota and add your own maintenance records.

I paid 2k for all of my maintenance Including all Major services to be done for 95k miles.. Dealer ship here has done everything to my truck and i have had 0 issues with the truck (Other then a rattle and cracked door panel arm rest)

I Do not mind letting them do everything cause i know if something goes wrong it is on them not me or another shop.

    Things I need to tow.
And don't think for a minute that the Toyota "Owners" area is for your convenience and enjoyment. They get immeasurable marketing information from it and the goal is tracking of your/their vehicles from birth to death. After seeing all the "required information" and reading their terms and conditions, I opted to forgo it and keep my manual log.

In Canada, we have Club Toyota. I signed up. Email address, password, and VIN. My dealership does my service. I have no issues. I do of course keep all of the more detailed paperwork. For me it's just another record keeping tool.

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

the above is copy and paste from first page post by MonkeyProof

U gots to be kidding, $147 to upgrade to synthetic, there must be a whole lot of gullible Ford owners, what, 7 or 8 quarts @maybe $3 a quart more comes to less than $30, what a rip off...
