I'm going to copy/paste what I posted at another forum. I just want people to know of this experience since I stumbled on their name a few times in this forum.

First off, let me say that I did receive the part I ordered. If you scrub that fact that I made the mistake of ordering the wrong part, the experience would have been perfect. The issue I had is that I made a mistake and therefore I needed to contact the company. There was literally no customer service.

    Story:
I ordered Part A but needed Part B. Whoops! I realized my mistake within minutes of placing the order, and I sent them an email timestamped for <10 minutes from my order confirmation email. In my email, I explained my mistake and asked if I could cancel the original order so to order the correct part. Easy peazy!

That email bounced back as undeliverable despite being listed on their website as their customer support email address.

The next day I called the number they listed as a support number. For days to come, I called and called and called. I had to have called at least 20 times. I left 5 voicemails, each voicemail mentioned my name, number, and the order number. I also sent them 2 messages through their website, neither of which received a response. Notta. Crickets.

Eventually, the part that I ordered did arrive. Like I said, if I hadn't made a mistake in the first place, the experience would have been text-book. But the fact remains that I did make a mistake and was looking to resolve the mistake before it caused me more trouble.

The return label on the shipment listed an actual human's name, a phone number, and a dealership name! I got them on the phone the next day, and they told me that I could ship the piece back for a refund of the part's cost. (I ate the shipping ) That refund actually processed yesterday

My point is, 1sttoyotaparts.com might do a good job of getting you a part, either from them directly or through their parts provider (which appears to be a Toyota in Wisconsin). The dealer was great: helpful, and apologetic even though the issue was not directly related to them. 1sttoyotaparts.com was technically accurate in the processing the order. And where they might have had a customer for life, they just lost me on their first sale because I know if there is a hiccup, I'm SOL

Thanks for the quick response, that's exactly what I'm experiencing.... hopefully I will eventually get my part too!
