    Did you own the truck before or after the frame was replaced? I wonder if something during the frame replacement could be the cause of the MPG drop.

    The MOST common cause of high FTs is air getting to the combustion chambers without passing the MAF sensor or that sensor providing bad data. The fact that both fts are high and similar in their range, points away from o2 sensors, as both would have to be bad and reporting similar flawed data; pretty rare. Low fuel pressure creates the same effect as air getting in around the maf, but less common than vac leaks.
