A lot of factors here. Aftermarket wheel can be very heavy also the load range on your tires play a factor like E are a heavy ass tire. Driving habbits and city vs highway. I would start with regular maintenance like diff fluids and injector cleaning. Also make sure your rear brakes are adjusted properly. You could check your o2 sensors and cats as well.

I have a similar Truck. 6 speed on dirty fives with 4.56 gearing and was dealing with slowly decreasing MPG's for a while.

For me it turned out to be the O2's (they went at around 100k / maintenance item).

Changed those and it went back to 11-12........

6 to 7 mpg there is something grossly wrong. The 33’s and lift will reduce mpg but not reducing it to 6 to 7 mpg. It could be any number of things causing this. Don’t know enough about your truck to diagnose it. Have you computed the mpg more than once with the same results? I suggest you take the truck out on a fairly level highway, drive it for an hour not exceeding 70 mph and see what you get. I have a feeling it’s due to a combination of the lift, 33’s, your driving habits and where you are driving (city stop and go, hilly area etc.)
Also the tall tires affect your odometer and will register fewer miles than you actually travel which will give you a false mpg number.

Do your 33s rub at all?

How much trimming did you have to do?

    You wanna buy a goat?

    It's TRUE.

After I put the decal on I raced 2 McLarens and a Tesla and beat them by at least 12 car lengths
