Bad ordering experience with Tacomabeast?

    Flowmaster 50 series muffler n' some stuff
    Recently I decided to order some interior accessories off of Tacomabeast and they were nice enough to ship me my order to Canada since they don't offer this option on their website. However, when I got my package in the mail, they had forgotten to include one of the items I purchased. I talked to customer service and they apologized and said they would send the forgotten item to a new address since I had moved for the summer. Finally, I just got my second package from them since they sent it to the wrong address in British Columbia and I had to get a friend to ship it to Alberta and they got the wrong color on my item... I'm glad I was only ordering some interior accessories considering that I've been looking at a 2nd gen front bumper from them and would not have wanted to go through this with a $1,000+ order. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

    I have ordered from them half a dozen times with no issues. In fact the shipping was super fast and the notications were spot on. Very happy with their products and service.

    I'm not setting out to bash them at all. As I said I'd like to order other products from their website and am interested in other peoples experiences before I do so on something bigger and more expensive.

    I have been interested in quite a few items they have , seeing that there was no option to ship to Canada I gave up. Glad to know the option is there , and sad to see maybe I shouldn't attempt it ....

    At the end of the day have they maintained consistent contact with you in regard to custoner service issues that you have brought forth? There's a lot of buzz around these cats in this world right now... They done messed up, and got caught. I hope that they make it right to get you the right color parts.
