upload_2023-6-5_8-40-48.jpgWish I knew how to upload a video…. Took the belt off to find that the pulley running that belly off the motor has a curious weeble to her wabble. 2003 2.7 manual transmission. Advice on removal and pulley replacement please and thank you

That make the whole fan shaft assembly wobble when turning by hand with the belt off? No water leak either.

It’s not bad, although I did mine as part of a bunch of other stuff so I don’t remember real well.

Make sure your harmonic balancer is not wearing out....
that main pulley is rubber mounted.....and starts to wobble when it wears out...
    that could be the cause....

wobbling HB would eventually damage the timing cover, oil pump, front seal, woodruff key....
