On the way to work this morning and I hear this horrible knocking sound. It is coming from the front driver's side wheel. It makes this noise when I go over bumps in the road. From my experience it sounds like my shock is blown out.....I have a 2012 Sport with 18k miles on it all stock suspension.

Taking it to the dealer today but just wanted input from TW.

Could be a sway bar link/bushings.

I've got the same problem. It's not as bad when I go over speed bumps or pot holes, but when I'm running down dirt roads or uneven surfaces it's awful.

Took it to the stealership and asked them to check the struts, they said it was fine and that they tightened a skid plate. I'm still stuck with the knock.

Let me know what they said about yours.

If you put a spacer lift its normal, its the sway bar hitting the strut, ull be fine
