My ac vents on startup has a bad smell .. after a few minutes it goes away . I have tried a new cabin air filter and sprayed some Lysol spray in there . It worked for a few days and then returned .
Any other suggestions I should consider to get rid of the smell . Thanks

This is a common recommendation and I just did it yesterday. It cleans coils and has a spray for the intake so it should do a lot better than the lysol:

Other tips: use outside air instead of recirculation, and turn the ac compressor off for a minute or so and just let the fan blow before shutting the truck off to dry the system.
