That's a little subjective. Are you testing for play while it's on the truck? It's much easier if you disconnect the U-joint to move it around.
Usually there is visual play or unevenness when rotating.

Anything that spins can cause a vibration. Under what circumstances are you feeling it?

Anything over10hp and gets worse as I speed up, goes away briefly as I let off but comes right back weather in step on gas or keep coasting

Can you tell if the vibration is coming from more in the front or the rear of the rig? Are you lifted?

Yes 3” lift. Feels like back.. I need to check but someone mentioned that the splines where the center bearing is might not be aligned. And I did have the center bearing replaced but didn’t notice the vibration right after

It could be the front diff needle bearing on the driver side. It's been a common culprit for a vibration and roaring noise. Check out your driver side CV axle connection to the differential and see how much play you have.

Have you recently greased the zerk fittings for the u-joints and slip yoke on your rear driveshaft? Have you also greased the zerk fitting for the center ball of the double cardan joint?
