    HAHAHAHA.

I don't know what proper undercoating should look like (from Texas), but that didn't look good to me.

    Loud as hell URD exhaust!
My 13 year old son could have done a better job with a rattle can.

It looks like no prep work and the nozzle was clogged on the sprayer.

    Demand a refund.

For $650? LOL nope!! You could have done a better job yourself with 4 cans of undercoat from napa for $25…. i'd take it back to them, and get a refund.. pitiful.. Your pants are pretty sweet though.

As long as you dont sign any papers saying you wont bash them with the Vids, I would take it down, get your refund, Cash the check at THEIR bank and put the videos back up in a few days..

Show vid. to the dealership manager. Tell him he can do it right or pay court costs plus the re-do. His choice. Oh, and Uncle Leni, the mad-dog lawyer wants a piece of the action as it is a shoe in.
    Just a thought.

The minute you agreed to do the undercoat, you got ripped off.
The truck comes from the factory already protected.

They are obviously aware that they fucked up and don't want too many people to see how bad they ripped you off.
Step 1. - Wear the badass checkered pants to the dealership so you strike fear in their eyes when you walk up because they know YOU are coming back for them
Step 2 - Get the refund and go straight to the bank
Step 3 - cash the check
Step 4 - Get it done right by someone else
Step 5 - Return to said dealership (wearing the same badass checkered pants of course) and ask for the service manager to check out your properly done undercoating.

Its probably in your best interest to be satisfied with getting your money back, taking the videos down as you agreed, and moving on. It doesn't do you any good to drag things out and, although its highly unlikely, if you don't take the videos down the dealership could always try to come after you with a libel suit. Maybe. Anyway its not worth the time or frustration. Take the money and go to someone you know you can trust to do it right.

Breach of contract maybe but not libel. Libel is when your making shit up. "The dealership kills puppies" just to ruin the reputation.

The dealership clearly did a shifty job and there's evidence of that fact.
