Hey, i just had new tires put on my 2003 prerunner with just under 160K miles. When i picked it up, the place said that my front wheel bearings were very loose and needed to be repacked/ replaced, and quoted me almost $800!!! Would this be about right? I thought you could get a whole new Hub/ bearing assembly for around 120 bucks? What am i misunderstanding here?
    Thanks in advance

WAY too much money. Yes, you can get the whole assembly for about $120.00 or so.
