I did some searching, but came up blank. What's the best way to install one of the stock badges (TACOMA, TOYOTA, etc.) from the doors/tailgate onto a Grillcraft grill?

    I know someone(s) have done this. :)

Are you just using some 3M tape to stick it to the grill, or are you epoxy'ing some allthread to it and bolting it on?

Just looking to find the best way.

    Rod.

I used a different Emblem that came w/ screws. I don't think the stock emblems have a place to fit a screw so I'd glue them on. 3M could work too, it really doesn't take much to keep it on.
    Good luck.

I used chrome wire ties. Looks great and you can't tell it's wire ties till you get up close.

make sure you paint the area behind the grill, take the time to tape it off, paint the radiator, hoses, lines, blah blah, everything behind there, with a 1200 degree flat black high temp paint from home depot, its a wrap, put the grill with the hole in if in place so you can see what can be seen, u dont need to do the sides of the headlamps

Not the best pic. But I took my tailgate emblem, painted it black, and put it on using 3m double sided tape. Came out great. And I can always take it off if need be.

Thanks for all the input. This is what I was looking for,,, attachment ideas, normal and "creative".

Has anyone tried something that just didn't work, or they wished they hadn't done? Please restrict your answers to badge placement on the grill please :D
