    I just plastidipped my grille and now the badges are driving me nuts that they're still chrome. It got me thinking of plastidipping the remaining chrome on the truck (2 tacoma ones and the V6 one on the back) but then it got me thinking. Should I just remove them completely? Do you guys have any preference (or pictures) of before/after with them on/off or on with chrome and one with plastidip?

    PS. You guys are all bad influences as every day while I'm on here I have to try not spending hundreds of dollars on mods. I need to save my money for tires so if you guys could only post super awesome, cool, CHEAP, mods until I get new tires that'd be great haha!

    I took all mine off and the B pillar decals. I hate stuck-on stuff.

    If you're going to take anything like that off, it's best to do it while the paint is as young as possible. The longer they are on, the more they will leave a shadow on the paint as it fades.

    Or perhaps be unique and edit out certain characters from the badging and just have em read "COMA" and "V" or something, then your Tacoma wont look like every other Taco you see on the road

    I only left the 'TACOMA' ones on mine. Took the V6 and SR5 off. Plan on getting an overlay for the Tacoma badge.

    You should've created a poll.

    I say no badges. I removed my three chrome badges and I love the look of it. I did leave the two TRD stickers on.

    Mine is a '17 with 27k and have a very light shadow from the badges that I can see in just the right light/angle/distance. I park outside, and I suspect the previous owner did as well.
