Truth. You gotta respect anyone with the desire and skills to make what they want. Very nicely executed on the OP's part.

It’s about time it comes around again. 20ish year cycles right??? Could be a trend about to happen, considering every major manufacturer is back in the midsize / small truck market.

Lowering a truck can be more economical than lifting a 4wd and installing big tires, if you stay away from custom paint and elaborate electronics.

If ever I succumbed to the EV trend that's exactly what I'd build.

The fastest truck I could make to go from light to light and I25 exit to exit.

If the entire extra cab section isn't subwoofer I'm gonna be super disappointed.

Dope. I wish I could get a second 3rd gen but 2WD so I could slam it and use it in the summer. I wish they would do a 3rd gen XRunner.

Not my gig but definitely cool to see. I can really appreciate the work it takes to make something like this happen.

Looks great. You should make a build page, I'm sure many would love to see the entire build progress of the truck.

Did you get the panel gaps evened out on the passenger side of the truck?

Not into low riders myself but I think the 3rd Gen lends itself well to that look. I’d be curious to know how it affects driving with wind. Can’t remember ever owning a vehicle that was as affected by headwind component as much as my 3g taco.

not the direction I was planning , but 2nd another poster suggested 2 tacos I think 2 would be just too cool, not sure wife will acept summer and winter tacos vs summer and winter tires - but might be willing to forgo the SC if she would !

what does it look like with the bags all the way up , and stance during normal road trip driving, I assume bagged is for being able to up and down as you wish

Let see some build pic's you have to have hours and days and some cash tied up in you baby , share it!

Also, am I missing it we know 2wd or 4wd ??

Wow. This thread just took me back to the 80s. Lowered Toyota trucks and Nissan Hardbodies.
    Fun and crazy times.
